**Mission**: The aftersales e-commerce specialist will support the development and integration of technologies that will enhance customer satisfaction and experience, through different e-commerce platforms.
This role will give you great exposure and the opportunity to interact and collaborate with many divisions of the OEM including the Digital marketing team, product, accessories, commercial and regional teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:Contributes to build brand value and achieve profitable growth through online presence, within main activities:Responsible for eCommerce Parts and Accessories platform strategy, project & operational plans, promotion plans and enrollment and performance.
Responsible for managing and coordinating new functionality and programs that are being integrated into the eCommerce platform such as eCommerce expansion and new product lines like Value Advantage and Omniparts by developing requirements and managing technical integrations with vendors and internal teams.
Develop eCommerce promotional calendar, track and communicate promotion performance.
Coordinate promotions with all stakeholders, dealers and field.
Responsible for managing and coordinating the day to day technical integrations and optimizations on the eCommerce Platform, which includes requirements development, customer experience optimizations, dealer issue support, run the business operations and quality assurance testing.
Responsible to track and control all the assignments in a project plan in order to support the e-commerce strategy.
Internal integration of planning, design, customer service, supply chain, IT and other resources to ensure the smooth operation of the e-commerce business.
Provides support and recommendations to the sales group in order to enhance sales opportunities through different marketplaces Undertake the sales indicators of major e-commerce, benchmarks and implement feasible sales plans, and track the progress Understand market channels dynamics to solve high-impact problems together with our partners.
Evaluate daily strategies and provide inputs to drive visibility, listings, promotions and sales Lead the onboarding, negotiation and development strategy with different Marketplaces.
Meets assigned targets for profitable aftersales growth in assigned projects with the strong Business Plan building.
Analyze sales and customer behavior metrics through Marketplaces, propose improvement solutions and present the results periodically.
Guarantee the adoption of Marketplace with key Dealers to improve profitability and brand experience.
**Qualifications & Certifications**:Completed Bachelor's Degree or certificate of completion of studies is requiredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering or related field.Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish)Three years of experience in project management with a Marketplace or as e-commerce coordinator
