**Aftersales eCommerce Project Manager**The mission of Aftersales eCommerce is to capture, attract and convert online buyers to Nissan's online Parts and Accessories websites to drive revenue & profit targets. This role will support eCommerce projects and initiatives that drive customer retention and value, dealer engagement, sales growth, and profit enhancement.**Job Functions**- Projects may include eCommerce optimization and enhancement initiatives, order fulfillment projects, marketing programs, partner onboarding and offboarding initiatives, data integration projects, eCommerce dealer program transformation initiatives, and key projects to be defined as eCommerce business evolves and grows.- Manage day-to-day project development from initiation, business requirements gathering & definition, timeline development, daily follow ups, status updates & documentation to completion.- Document project scope. Organize projects in logical, cost effective, and measurable steps. Track and report project progress on a consistent and accurate basis. Initiate debrief summaries and meetings.- Coordinate cross functional activities.- Integrate company standards and policies with project requirements.- Recommend solutions, implementation, and deployment within project life-cycle, as necessary.- Document and report project information, as needed, utilizing appropriate systems.- Document product process and procedure documents**Minimum Qualifications**- ** Education**: Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field- ** PMP Certification**:- ** Advanced English**Technical Skills**:- Microsoft Office Suite: Excel; Visio, MS Project. Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) SAFe Lean Portfolio Management preferred- Prior experience with Portfolio Resource Management CA Clarity or similar PPM (Project Portfolio Management) System- 5 years management (such as resource, project, cost, or financial management) experience in primary area of expertise.
