Responsible for efficiently and effectively facilitating the execution of Aftersales Engineering work within their specific function.The Aftersales Program Readiness Manager (APRM) is a dynamic role that crosses many different functional areas and regions.
The APRM position requires creativity, initiative, collaboration, strong leadership and excellent communications.The APRM leads the planning and management of all Aftersales Engineering products and services (e.G.
Owner Manual, Service Instructions, Diagnostic Software, Special Tools etc.)
for a vehicle program to ensure availability at launch.- Responsible for documentation of the global workshare for Aftersales Engineering development and validation activities.- Monitors and supervises the development of the deliverables in terms of timing and content to assure meeting of the landmarks defined in the Global Vehicle Development Process (GVDP).- Responsible for issue analysis and problem solving.The APRM is the CCA "single point contact" representative at the Product Execution Teams /Vehicle and Process Integration Review and Program Quality and Readiness Reviews (.
The APRM must work closely with multi-functional teams to address outstanding and dynamic program issues.
