.**Mission**: Retail (Counter Sales Channel) Specialist is a key player in the development and deployment of a full strategy to improve Sell Out throughout B2C focus. As well as work in synergy with Commercial Teams and Marketing areas in order to implement initiatives to accelerate revenue and profit generated by counter channel.**Key Responsibilities**:To monitor performance for Counter Channel regarding Sell Out, Incentives, and main KPIs at national, regional and Dealer level. To identify potential risk and opportunities within Counter business to create Contest and Incentives in synergy with Marketing Areas to accelerate or offset them. Top Management reporting at local, regional and global level for Counter performance and projects status. To evaluate current Commercial Policy by quarter, identifying opportunity areas for improvement. Budget follow up for Counter channel, especially regarding incentives (VME) To work in synergy with pricing Area to evaluate and update Parts List accordingly to Business needs and projects. Value Advantage Strategy (Spare Parts Retail Store) PMO, responsible for implementation, follow up and success achievement. Work in synergy with Product Development Area for monitoring commodities and Product families performance in order to identify opportunity areas to accelerate Counter channel results.
