About You:
We are looking for an individual with a great drive to transform the Agave Intake Operations and the principal partners that working with DIAGEO into best-in-class operations in terms of productivity, Quality, Safety and Environmental governance aspects.
Function:
- Lead the T2 and T3 level within the site, to deliver world class performance in all aspects of the balanced scorecard (Safety, Quality, Service, Cost).
Coordinate and develop departmental resources to meet balanced business scorecard and business Integrity.- Lead and advocate good governance to ensure that all health, safety and environment, quality, cost and reliability standards are met.
Drive conformance to regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., ISO/HACCP etc.)

Challenging where submitted RAMS had not met Diageo standards.- Ensure the performance in the delivery of agave in quantity, quality and within specifications according to the need of the distillery- Lead & advocate the MMS Program within area of responsibility to develop performance, standards, capabilities, and asset care to exceed balanced scorecard targets.- Using specific systems including SAP, Entropy, EQMS & Enablon to record data and source vital information.- Supporting the leadership team as required, with the compliance agenda to ensure we're delivering against site vision and mission.- Responsible for the management all MPS for local plant´s and TPO´s- Consolidate all the indicator global of OTIFNE to make support to procurement.- Provide outstanding leadership through strategic and systemic coaching, guidance and support to all direct reports and their teams, to facilitate achievement of department targets.- Effective at leading multifunctional workgroups in problem solving.- Builds a strong working relationship with Site Engineering Manager and Manex Manager.- Develop budget and capital plans, review existing equipment capacity and people in order to meet long range planning goals which are aligned to site and company strategy.- Actively spend 50% of time on shop floor.- Ensure the legality of the agave to have "0" litters retained per internal process.
About the Role:
Lead the deployment of all MMS practices at Tier 2 & 3 Allocate day to day resources to achieve all departmental important metrics.
Has day to day accountability for agave budget as allocated
Maintain and improve asset quality and reliability through effective use of Diageo AC systems.
Set objectives and priorities and lead the change management processes for the department.
Be disciplined about the importance of adhering to standards across the site.
Respond immediately to issues as they are exposed.
Invoke consequences for poor performance.
Coach direct reports to identify areas of under-performance.
Encourage a breakthrough mind-set to problems faced and empower people to take ownership.
Identify need for multi -disciplinary problem-solving teams to address systemic problems.

Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages:
- Degree level qualification or equivalent ideally in an engineering or science-related area or qualified through validated experience- Experience- At least 7 years leadership experience and a great track record in production/manufacturing- environment- Strong understanding of agave process from fields to delivery to the plant- Champion of manufacturing excellence leadership, management, tools & techniques- Large experience on logistics sites where lorries traffic and tales' theory is vital to apply.- Ability to build a high-performance climate within large multi-disciplined teams by effectively setting performance standards and coaching and developing others to achieve them- Consistent record as a great mentor- Sound and validated financial acumen- Track record of great engagement and communication skills- Proficient in use of standard business (MS Office) and Diage
