About You:We are looking for an individual with the objective of improving processes and ensuring that all internal and external practices developed by the Agave Tequila and Mezcal Supply Chain area comply with the law, as well as with internal standards and conduct code.About the Role:Regulatory Risk Assessment: Identify and assess the main risks and compliance risks applicable to the company and its respective areas and business units.Ensure that these risks are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled effectively, following the company's policies and processes.Management and handling of internal and external clients.Reporting of Governance and sustainability indicators.Experience required/Languages:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in economics-administration.3-5 years' experience in compliance, legal or other functions related to internal control, law firm/consulting or a combination of the above.Experience in implementation projects, since the role often requires leading, coordinating or collaborating in projects to implement laws, rules, regulations, corporate policies, and risks.Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.Ability to work closely with other functional units of the company, avoiding silos or inefficiencies or duplications of processes.Fluent English and Spanish.We offer stellar benefits!
