Strategic Partnership Management**:- Develop and execute account plans for assigned agency partners, identifying growth opportunities and addressing challenges.- Engage with multiple organizational levels within agencies to understand business objectives and align Amazon Ads solutions to meet their needs.- Drive the evolution of agency partnerships by facilitating product beta participations and capturing feedback for internal teams.**2. Programmatic Expertise and Consultation**:- Provide expert consultation on Amazon DSP best practices, including campaign setup, optimization, and integrations.- Deliver trainings on new product features and conduct deep dives to help agency teams become proficient users of Amazon DSP.- Analyze campaign performance data to identify improvement areas and formulate enablement and adoption recommendations.**3. Cross-functional Collaboration**:- Work closely with internal Amazon Ads teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Analytics) to address customer needs and drive product improvements.- Serve as an escalation point and advocate for agency partners within Amazon, ensuring their feedback is heard and acted upon.**4. Process Improvement**:- Define and improve processes for the Agency Development team to better serve customers and drive efficiency.- Develop scalable solutions that can be leveraged across the broader agency partner ecosystem.- Knowledge of multiple advertising channels (display, video, audio, etc.)
