We handle 80% of our services in-house, while selectively outsourcing specialized tasks to ensure the highest quality and most competitive pricing for our clients.As a Sales Representatives, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving new business pipeline and new revenue growth.
You will work closely with advertisers and agencies, selling our services to new prospects.
Your goal will be to generate and qualify leads, set up appointments, and create compelling sales materials to support the sales process.
You will work directly with the founders of the Agency to close deals and partake in the rewards!
**Key Responsibilities**:- **Lead Generation**: Use Upwork, online tools, participate in online networks/groups, and web scraping to identify leads, conduct outreach, follow up and respond to RFPs.- **CRM Management**: Set up and manage CRM systems (such as GoHighLevel) to organize and track sales activity.- **Sales Materials**: Create personalized videos to support new business prospecting to get 'in the door', and help create sales decks & presentations to support client pitches and meetings.- **Video Outreach**: Record engaging videos using platforms like Loom and VideoAsk to connect with prospects.- **Appointment Setting**: Proactively set up meetings and sales appointments with potential clients.
Meet with Agency leads and owners to co-pitch.- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships, and identify organic sales opportunities.- **Content Creation**: Contribute to blog writing, social media content, or network participation.
**Qualifications**:- **Impeccable English**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with mínimal accent.- **Industry Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in business development, selling marketing or agency services to advertisers or agencies.- **Proven Success**: A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in CRM tools and sales software (experience with GoHighLevel or similar platforms is a plus).- **Sales Savvy**: Skilled at creating persuasive sales materials, prospecting, and setting appointments.- **Video Outreach**: Comfortable recording videos for client outreach.- **Self-Starter**: Ability to work independently and proactively seek out new business opportunities.
