- Responsibilities
- Set up the new agents' account which includes contact information, identification number, pricing, commissions, etc.
- Notify Sales, Finance, Procurement and Web Support departments about the new activations
- Coordinate the activation of the new agent once the requirements are fulfilled
- Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- High School diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- 1-2 year of administrative and customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Must possess basic Excel skills and experience utilizing Microsoft Office
- Flexible to work extended hours or weekends
- The key characteristics this individual must possess are a willingness to work independently, be detail oriented and be analytical
- Possess a high level of initiative, critical thinking and discretion
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels in the organization
- Comfortable managing a process from beginning to end while working under tight deadlines
- Prior money transfer experience preferred or related industries

The base salary range in Mexico for this position is 204,000.00-213,600.00 Peso's. Actual starting compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, and skills.
