**Objective of the role**:
Our growing retail business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As our next ambassador you will be in charge of providing world class care to our clients which includes providing general information of policies, update customer information and profiles and process changes to their insurance policies.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for individuals with outstanding customer service experience in the call center, retail or clerical industries

Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish

Computer savvy utilizing all MS Office programs

Typing skills are a must in order to accurately document our clients' needs

High school diploma or equivalent is desired
