**WE ARE HIRING CALL CENTER AGENTS****Responsibilities**:- Answer inbound calls- Make cold calls (outbound)- Sell products and place customer orders- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors- Provide product and service information to customers- Redirect calls to appropriate resources- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls- Upsell products and services- Other duties as assigned**Requirements**:- Fluent English speaking and written- Any kind of experience in call center- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles- Excellent data entry and typing skills- Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately- Retention Skills- Demonstrate strong abilities to work independently- Must be adaptable and flexible- Memory retention**Salary**: From $4,000.00 per week**Language**:- English (required)
