**Position: Inbound Agent**Our office in Monterrey provides remote assistance to our Medical Offices across the U.S. In this role you'll be answering incoming calls from our patients to provide outstanding customer service in support of our mission, goals and values.Join our next training starting on November 28th! Full time and Part time schedules available:Part time: Monday - Friday, 6am to 11am (Weekends off)Full time: Different schedule options, two days off a week. (6am to 3pm, 7am to 4pm, 8am to 5pm)**Essential duties and responsibilities**:- Handle customer inquiries telephonically.- Research required information using available resources- Manage and resolve patient's complaints.- Provide patients with product and service information.- Identify and escalate priority issues.- Route calls to appropriate resource.- Follow up customer calls when necessary- Be punctual and follow company's protocols.**Skills and Qualifications**:- Organizational skills- Friendly- Multitasking- Strong customer service- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills- Problem solving- Decision making**Requirements**:- High school diploma or equivalent- Must be able to attend on-site training for three to four weeks- Must reside in Monterrey or its metropolitan area- Proven experience in Call Center- Verbal and Written English skills- Willingness to learn and team spiritTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado, Medio tiempoSueldo: $15,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividad- Bono trimestralEducación:- Bachillerato terminado (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés Avanzado (Deseable)
