Our goal is to provide tailored assistance that helps our clients navigate challenging financial circumstances, stabilize their finances, and avoid severe financial consequences such as foreclosure or bankruptcy.**Job Summary**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Handle inbound and outbound communication with banks, lenders, and other financial institutions to negotiate and process loss mitigation solutions.- Evaluate clients' financial situations to determine eligibility for various loss mitigation options.- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the loss mitigation process.- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions in our system.- Stay updated on industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices related to loss mitigation.- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient processing and resolution of cases.**Qualifications**:- Proven experience in loss mitigation, mortgage servicing, call centers or a related field.- Strong understanding of loss mitigation options such as loan modifications, forbearance, repayment plans, and short sales.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with banks and financial institutions.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.- Proficiency in using loan servicing software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.**What We Offer**:- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- The chance to make a meaningful impact on clients' financial well-being.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: Hasta $5,250.00 a la semanaHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 10 horasPrestaciones:- Opción a contrato indefinidoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
