Mexico**_- The _**Customer Service Chat Agent **_position will encompass:_- Reply chats by helping customers with billing, technical and service questions.- Address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools- We provide you with 4 weeks of paid training to teach you all about our products and services.**Compensation Details**:- Earn between $3,700 to $4,200/weekly.**What we're looking for in our next team player**:- Strong writing and grammar skills.- Strong in both verbal and written communications and the ability to multi-task easily.- The ability to compose professional correspondence without requiring additional training.- Typing 25+ WPM with the ability to quickly learn new software.**We're excited for you to join our team.
