**Job Summary**
Manages all aspects of the plant supply chain including materials, deployment, distribution, and transportation. Utilizes lean supply chain CPS principles to complete work. All work must adhere to strict Food Safety and Quality Standards.
**Position Responsibilities**
- Maximizes customer fill expectations by coordinating shipments with inventory planners, business managers, and customer service.
- Manages internal product inventories.
- Ensures facility, equipment, and product process requirements are met.
- Knowledgeable of customer/sales expectations.
- Knowledge of production and inventory control methods.
- Product and process capabilities, Warehouse/Distribution systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Position Qualifications**
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required, B. S. degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in areas of purchasing, inventory, planning, logistics and general supply chain preferred
- PC based computer skills required
- Ability to communicate, problem solve, and negotiate.
