With 7 years of experience in Land, Sea and Air freight we're looking for the best professionals to help us achieve our company goals.**The **Operations & Safety Specialist** is in charge of following up with our current drivers and managing the administration of the safety regulations needed whithin the organization.What we require:- Degree in International Relations, International Business, Commerce & related- Ability of transportation to San Pedro Garza Garcia (66267)- Availability of schedule **7 AM - 4 PM**:- Strong organizational skills- Attention to detail- Proficiency in MS Office; Tenstreet & Samsara software experience is a plus- Ability to handle confidential material- Must be reliable and dependable- Ability to multi-task, follow directions, be open to change and work under pressure- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of staffJob Activities:- Ensuring compliance with DOT, FMCSA, Driver Qualification documentation, Motor Vehicle Reports, and Drug and Alcohol testing.- Schedule drug screens for new hires, random, reasonable suspicion and post-accident testing as required.- Maintain DOT Drug and Alcohol Database by ensuring testing is performed as required and pool is maintained correctly.- Request Full Query on all new hires in Federal Clearinghouse website.- Maintain, update, and implement driver qualification records per current DOT regulations.- Monitor drivers through Samba Safety.- Notify drivers of upcoming document expirations, obtain renewed documents, and upload on company personnel software.- Assist Maintenance Department with any DOT equipment audits.- Work with General Counsel as well as the Maintenance and Safety Departments to address any Driver compliance issues.- Other projects and tasks as assigned.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: A partir de $10,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Aumentos salarialesTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividad- Bono mensualPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- 66267, San Pedro Garza García, N.
