**Our Expedite Logistics department is currently looking for a person able to fulfill the activities for the Driver Support position. Within our HR department, a Driver Support Specialist is responsible for addressing and resolving issues concerning our owner-operators and Empire National. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional assistance to ensure our owner-operators are satisfied and continue working with us.**
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's in International Relations, Organizational Psychology, or similar.
- Professional English level (B2 minimum)
- Full time availability M - F (7AM-4PM or 8AM-5PM)
- Ease of transport to SPGG, 66267
- Experience of 6 months to 1 year in HR or similar position
- Extroverted
- Organized
- Attentive to Detail
- Following of procedures
**Activities**:
- Act as the main point of contact for owner-operators, addressing any concerns or issues they may have related to loads, locations, problems with the Company's app, complaints, compensations, or any mishaps that may occur during a load.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving driver issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Offer technical support to drivers, assisting them in navigating the Company's app and resolving any app-related issues they may encounter.
- Ensure that drivers are compensated accurately and in accordance with our agreed-upon terms and conditions.
- Manage all procedures and processes as outlined in our agreements with owner-operators, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Review daily reports to identify areas for improvement and address any emerging trends or recurring issues promptly.
- Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with our drivers, fostering open communication and trust.
