**Role Description**:
As an Executive Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in helping business owners secure the capital they need to expand and thrive. You will interact directly with clients—no need for cold calling—as all leads are prequalified and provided through our sophisticated lead generation platform.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct high-volume incoming and outgoing calls to potential clients (over 100 calls daily).
- Efficiently collect and process necessary documentation from borrowers.
- Relentlessly focus on maximizing personal earnings through effective sales strategies.
- Fluency in Spanish and English—verbal and written proficiency required.
- Ability to pass a thorough background check.
- Basic computer navigation and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and driven by financial success.
**Working Conditions**:
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Onsite position at our office.
