Bilingual Call Center Agents / Bilingual Contact Center agent / Bilingual Customer Service Representative / Agentes Telefónicos Bilingües / Atención a clientes
Roles:
Answer inbound calls and handle middle and backoffice activities as well as various member services inquiries and transactions by actively listening to customers calling.
Develop an extensive and solid knowledge of our products in order to provide timely and accurate information to our customers.
Achieve individual quality and productivity targets and contribute to overall team KPI's.
Active participation in team meetings.
**Requirements**:
- High School Completed (GED)
- Excellent communication skills to get with courtesy and professionalism all the inbound calls, getting solutions with positive attitude.
- Customer service
- Advanced English / Excellent English (written and spoken level).
- Minimum experience of 6 months in Customer Service / Call Center / Contact Center / or related.

Job Offer:

**Requisitos**:
- Bachillerato terminado o equivalente.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para generar cortesía y profesionalismo todas las llamadas entrantes, solucionando correctamente la situación de nuestros clientes con una actitud positiva.
- Inglés Avanzado / Nativo. Escrito y Hablado.
- 6 meses de experiência mínimo en Servicio al cliente. Preferible en Call Center
