- About Us:
Confie is a leader in the service industry, and we are looking for bilingual agents to join our Call Center in Tijuana. If you have exceptional skills in English and Spanish and are passionate about providing top-notch service, we want to hear from you!
- Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in both English and Spanish.
Provide effective and courteous assistance, addressing customer inquiries and issues.
Accurately record and update customer information in the system.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and relay feedback to relevant departments.
- Requirements:
Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet performance goals.
