**Position Overview**: As an Agile Coach, you will be a key player in guiding teams through Agile transformations, coaching them to adopt and adapt Agile principles and practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leaders, and stakeholders to cultivate an Agile mindset and drive continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Agile Coach to make a significant impact on our organization's Agile journey.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coach and mentor Agile teams and leaders to embrace and implement Agile methodologies.
- Facilitate Agile workshops, training sessions, and ceremonies to build a strong understanding of Agile principles.
- Collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement and implement Agile best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Work closely with leadership to develop and execute Agile transformation strategies.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to teams and individuals.
- Champion the importance of transparency, collaboration, and adaptability in Agile environments.
- Collaborate with other Agile Coaches and teams to share knowledge and best practices.
**Requirements**:
- (15+ years) managing projects, portfolios, product or services with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams where business process and technology areas involved, collocated and/or remotely.
- Advance Knowledge and experience with Lean-Agile and Discipline Agile delivery, SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban Method, design thinking, product management, UX/UI, LESS, Cynefin, Flight levels, agenda shift
- (10+ years) using principles and values, methods, techniques, and frameworks to achieve successful results in a lean-agile ways of working
- Active member of lean-agile communities, case study publications and speaker in key public forums.
- Budget control and administration capabilities
- Understand technology, DevOps, social engineering, and Architectural designs and business process.
- Ability to Teach, provide mentoring, coaching, and facilitating
- Experience Fostering enterprise (middle and senior level) collaboration
- Effective communication and networking (integrator)
- Persuasive negotiator with numbers and data and Well engaged with industry trends and innovations
- Capable to motivate her/his team, other teams, middle and senior management.
- Experience Planning, strategic and delegation capabilities.
