We want to find an **Agile Coach **eager to grow with a multicultural company in the IT environment and enjoys a multidisciplinary atmosphere. In addition to having an eye for detail, you will be responsible for transforming the operational processes of our organization, implementing changes that seek to improve efficiency and productivity across our teams.
**What you should know**:
- Certification as an Agile Coach (e.g., ICAgile, ICP-ACC, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar Agile transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience in implementing agile methodologies, preferably in non-Scrum environments.
- Proven skills in coaching and mentoring, with the ability to influence and guide others.
- Experience in designing and implementing training programs and educational strategies.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Solid knowledge of various agile frameworks and practices (e.g., Kanban, Lean).
**It would be good if you know**:
- Previous experience in the Agile transformation of operations teams or other functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Capability to continuously assess and improve processes and work practices.

**Some of your activities**:
- Guide and support the transformation of the operations team towards an Agile approach, ensuring the adoption of agile principles and practices.
- Collaborate with the operations team leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop an action plan.
- Design and implement educational strategies for the teams, including workshops, training sessions, and continuous Agile training programs.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose continuous improvement projects, fostering a learning and adaptation environment.
- Work closely with other leaders and stakeholders to align the Agile transformation with the organization's strategic objectives.
