**YOUR ROLE**
- Proactive improvement of software development processes and practices to optimize value delivery.
- Establish and define appropriate standards and processes with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct as-is and To be analysis on team's Agile Maturity, and provide customized Coaching Roadmap.
- Experience in leading multiple coaching and mentoring session for wide range of Agile Scrum Frameworks.
- Implementation and use of performance metrics (such as Dora and Flow)
- Manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and do Quarterly Planning.
- Facilitate business-oriented results and experience and proven ability to collaborate and align teams across a matrix-based organization based on influence.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Tech skills**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems or related Engineering.
- 4 years of technology experience.
- 3+ years as a hands-on Enterprise Coach, or equivalent experience required.
- Must have management experience with proven ability to grow and lead a distributed team across multiple geographies, time zones and cultures.
- Experience working in a Product Team Model and DevOps organization required.
- Experience working within a product model with Lean Agile and DevOps framework.
- Experience with Scrum, Kanban, LESS Huge, and/or SAFe.
- Exemplifies Lean, Agile and DevOps principles and manifesto.
- Must have experience with Jira, Confluence and Power BI and ideally with Jira Align.
- Advance English Proficiency.
