Embrace this thrilling opportunity and be a part of our extraordinary transformational journey!**Responsibilities**- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives- Coach and mentor the development team on Agile principles and practices- Identify and remove any obstacles that may be hindering the team's progress- Track and report on sprint progress and ensure that the team is meeting its commitments- Work with the product owners to prioritize the product backlog and ensure that it is well-groomed- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment that promotes creativity and innovation- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification preferred- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus
