Agile Delivery Manager

As the Agile Delivery Manager of Digital Claims for the APAC region, your role is of utmost importance in guaranteeing the triumphant delivery of vital strategic key initiatives and projects for Chubb.  Responsibilities Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives  Coach and mentor the development team on Agile principles and practices  Identify and remove any obstacles that may be hindering the team's progress  Track and report on sprint progress and ensure that the team is meeting its commitments  Work with the product owners to prioritize the product backlog and ensure that it is well-groomed  Foster a collaborative and productive team environment that promotes creativity and innovation Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Proven experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment  Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills  Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification preferred  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus
