**Scope of Responsibilities / Expectations**:
- Define the marketing technology product strategy and roadmap
- Deliver market research documents and product research document with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Create presentation decks for product and projects proposals including value and impact analysis
- Write and prioritize the work in the form of stories associated to programs to improve products on the associated portfolio
- Communicate status of the progress done in program increments associated to IT and Marketing projects
- Work with other groups and teams to assess partnerships and collaboration opportunities
- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
- Be an expert in the technology marketing field and be aware of solutions and competition
- Assert leadership on technical solutions as key to the success on the strategy for the product portfolio and KPI's
- Act as a leader within the company communicating to management, directors and C-level executives accordingly
- Deliver monthly reports, analysis and assessments of KPI's associated with the portfolio assigned
**Knowledge/ Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated working experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Process oriented, Attention to detail
- Problem solving approach
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in a professional manner with internal and external stakeholders
- Good understanding of Web Technologies and Frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communications in English and Spanish
- Commitment on time deliveries
- Analysis and handling of data
- Experience working in Agile model is preferred
- Proactive and self-driven
