You will collaborate closely with the CTO to track and analyze key development metrics, ensuring that teams remain productive and focused on delivering excellence. This role requires a proactive leader who is passionate about agile methodologies and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on both the technical and operational aspects of software development.ResponsibilitiesAgile Coaching: Act as an agile coach for multiple teams, serving as Scrum Master for teams using Scrum.Metrics and Analysis: Develop, monitor, and analyze key software development metrics and performance indicators in collaboration with the CTO.Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables by implementing robust processes for code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to the Definition of Done.Best Practices Compliance: Define and enforce best practices for coding standards, continuous delivery, and software testing to foster a culture of excellence.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine development processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in team workflows.Team Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to teams in adopting agile methodologies, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or advanced certifications in Agile methodologies (e.G., Certified Scrum Master, Certified Agile Coach) is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in an agile leadership role, such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or a similar position.SkillsProven experience with agile methodologies and Scrum, and their application in software development environments.Strong analytical skills with experience in metrics and process improvement.Solid business understanding and ability to effectively interact with product owners, assisting in backlog management and priority setting.Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating and leading teams to achieve software excellence.Deep understanding of software development life cycles, coding standards, code review processes, source control management, build processes, and testing.Personal AttributesProactive, self-motivated, with a high degree of responsibility and accountability
