Record and manage all decisions, risks or issues.- Coordinate project resources to drive performance and their career paths into the project.- Contribute to continuous process improvements by promoting and highlighting successful experiences.- Act as a key contact for the customer and escalation point for project issues.- Drive the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and it's acknowledgement by customer.- Guide and coach, the team and stakeholders on how to use Agile practices, correct use of each of the ceremonies, guide the team of how to do the estimations, principles to deliver high-quality products and services to the customers.- Provide guidance to Product Owner / Business Analyst and team on maintaining backlog and sprint planning.- Provide support and coach the team on effective work breakdown, estimation, and planning.- Facilitate preparation and readiness for Program Iteration (PI) planning and follow-up.- Ensure strong collaboration with Scrum Coordinators (Scaled Scrum) and Software Quality Assurance.**Qualifications**:- Min. 2-3 + years of Agile Project Management experience- Direct experience leading all phases of the software development life cycle.- Technical acumen on any of the technologies related to software/product development.- Experience working on agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe and Kanban).- Previous experience as agile coach is big plus.- Familiarity with backend, frontend, DevOps and Cloud technologies.- Experience running multiple projects simultaneously with cross-team dependencies.- Experience working with senior level customer collaborators.- Able to take consultative approach ensuring scope and project boundaries are maintained.- Problem solver who seeks the best solutions for customers- Able to work creatively to solve different problems for multiple teams.- Proactive and independent approach to assigned tasks and discovered issues.- Understanding of design thinking, DevSecOps, and CICD pipelines is a plus
