As an Agile **Quality Assurance** (QA) Engineer, your primary responsibility is to ensure that the software being delivered in the ART is of the highest quality and meets the customer's requirements. As an **Agile** Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that software products are delivered with high quality, meeting customer expectations and providing value to the business.

This department is responsible for developing and implementing IT solutions that enhance customer engagement, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute **comprehensive test plans** for each release within the Agile Release Train (ART).
- Work closely with the product owner and development team to understand business requirements and user stories.
- Create and maintain test cases and test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and acceptance testing.
- Continuously monitor and track testing progress, ensuring that all test cases are executed and documented accurately.
- **Analyze and report defects**, working with the development team to prioritize and resolve them.
- Ensure cross-functional testing is performed and the overall system is integrated seamlessly.
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software meets quality standards.
- Use **automated testing tools** to increase efficiency and effectiveness of testing.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Continuously improve the testing process, including identifying and implementing new tools and techniques to improve testing efficiency.
- Participate in the Agile Release Train's Program Increment (PI) planning and provide inputs to the team's backlog.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance testing in an Agile environment.
- 3+ years of experience in an IT or technology-focused organization focused on Customer and Commercial Excellence driving business growth and success by delivering exceptional customer experiences and optimizing sales and marketing strategies using technology
- Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with test management tools, such as **Jira**, HP ALM, or Zephyr.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work **collaboratively** in a team environment.Top of Form
