We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Agile Scrum Master**
**Principal responsibilities**
- Perform end-to-end project management, build and nurture client relationship, undertake troubleshooting, ensure project team is highly motivated and deliver the project to satisfy the customer.
- Quality and Productivity parameters are adhered to and responsibility for Project deliverables under supervision from the Line manager.
- The Jobholder would need to possess in-depth technical understanding and excellent problem solving & analytical skills.
- Should be able to understand and interpret functional and technical requirements and also understand business processes and external systems.
- Effective on-site / off-shore co-ordination whenever required.
Would be responsible for multiple projects right from definition phase to implementation.
- Ability to adapt and maintain a positive attitude in a rapidly changing environment and lead a team in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment.
- Successful planning that ensures profitable, timely and high quality completion of projects.

**Qualifications**
- Typically qualifications would include an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
MBA would be a plus.
**Experience**
- 6-10 Years of Experience in Managing scrum teams.
- Experience of working Jira / Confluence / Project management tools such as Clarity / MS Project etc.
- Strong knowledge of Agile / SDLC framework.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Ansible is preferred.
- Experience in Vendor management in terms of collaboration with vendor, product assessment w.r.t business requirement, impact assessment.
- Should be vigilant to identify the issues/risks well in advance.
