We are seeking a talented and imaginative AI Creative Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design, a keen eye for detail, and a sense of humor. You will be responsible for ideating, conceptualizing, and creating nostalgic and situational images using Midjourney and Photoshop.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative concepts for themed images.Research and incorporate various styles, trends, and cultural references.Generate images for situational concepts (ex. children's birthday party).Use Midjourney to create and develop images according to project themes.Edit and enhance images in Photoshop, making necessary adjustments to backgrounds, fixing anomalies, and ensuring high-quality outputs.Apply techniques to enlarge heads in images, balancing humor and context without overshadowing the supporting imagery.Utilize generative fills and prompts to correct and enhance image elements.Midjourney proficiency, adjusting settings, and creating preferences to match desired themes.Use Vary Region in Midjourney to make alterations to image details such as fingers, hands, and expressions.Work closely with the creative director to align project visions.Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency and quality.Incorporate feedback and make iterative improvements to images.Create and manage JPG files in original sizes and reduced versions for various platforms.Ensure all deliverables are prepared and uploaded according to project specifications and timelines.RequirementsProven experience as an AI Creative Technician or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.Proficiency in Midjourney and Photoshop.Strong understanding of visual design principles and techniques.Ability to think creatively and translate concepts into engaging images.Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with various 80s and 90s cultural references and trends.Strong sense of humor and ability to incorporate fun elements into designs.Flexibility and vision to create diverse and relatable images for a wide audience.Benefits and CompensationTemporary contractCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits.100% of salary registered at IMSS (as it should be).About JibJabJibJab is a digital media company dedicated to making funny things worth sharing.
