We're looking for someone who can think creatively and see potential where others might not. While we have a wealth of data (rich, diverse datasets spanning performance reviews, 1:1s, surveys, recruitment processes, and more), we're still discovering the full potential of LLMs in HR. Your role will be pivotal in shaping how AI can become an indispensable companion to managers, enhancing their decision-making and helping them nurture their teams more effectively. We're looking for someone who can: Design AI solutions that act as intelligent assistants to managers, using LLMs to provide real-time insights, summaries of complex HR data, and personalized recommendations during crucial HR processes. Develop RAG systems that can retrieve relevant information from our HR knowledge base to augment LLM outputs, ensuring responses are accurate and always grounded in the most up-to-date company data. Develop systems that combine LLMs with traditional machine learning models to create predictive tools that can anticipate team dynamics, suggest optimal team compositions, or flag potential issues before they arise. Collaborate with product teams to envision and prototype new AI-driven features to revolutionize how managers interact with HR software. Stay at the cutting edge of AI advancements, continuously exploring how these technologies can be applied to push the boundaries of HR management.
