Aiops Automation Developer Engineer

**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience in AIOps, automation engineering, or related roles.- Certifications in AIOps, ITIL, or relevant technologies.- Experience with machine learning algorithms and data analysis techniques.- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.G., Python, Bash, Java).- Familiarity with AIOps platforms (e.G., Moogsoft, Dynatrace, Splunk).- Strong understanding of IT operations, incident management, and monitoring tools.- Experience with cloud platforms (e.G., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement AIOps solutions to enhance IT operations through automation and predictive analytics.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand operational challenges.- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.- Create and maintain automation scripts and workflows using relevant tools and technologies.- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and improve incident management processes.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation processes and tools.- Stay current with emerging AIOps technologies and industry best practices.
