Become part of our famous TUI Destination Team as one of our Airport Reps in Los Cabos airport and use every day as an opportunity to make our guests smile and 'live happy'.ABOUT THE JOBYou will be the face of TUI at the airport by meeting, coordinating, advising and/or fixing more complex problems to all arriving and departing guests.You will be assisting any traditional guests with our online products & services.It all starts with you uncovering guests holiday needs and matching them with the right service solution.Your working days and hours will vary depending on TUI flight times at your destination airport - this can also include supporting guests during flight delays.You will be able to monitor and celebrate your success with regular updates and guest feedback results for the service provided at the airport and how well you have 'solved on the spot'.
