Participate in support activities to special processes that rely on QAD with a continuous Improvement approach**Your Task will be**- Analyze incidents reported by end user, resolve them at a first level of support to QA0 and document then for future reference, or escalate them with the second level support group when necessary.- Lead documentation of current business processes that are supported or relate to QAD with the objective of improving current practices,- implement best practices and standardize.- Lead documentation of procedures and oversee work updates related to QAD by process owners and/or area managers, so that end users have a reference and aids for the proper use of the system as business process support.- Facilitate analysis of ERP improvements with a systematic approach, In order to understand the current process, identify improvement opportunities, process, the goal of documenting the need and justify the necessary changes to the system from a value added business perspective.- Monitor critical business processes related to electronic communication with customers and supplies (EDI), mainly releases and ASNs; prevent process level failures, monitor potential technical failures, document resolved problems, or document them to escalate to the EDI support group.**To be successful in this role you will need**:- Education**:Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Engineering preferred)- At least 2 years of experience in Similar position- English Proficient- Excellent communication skills, analytic, able to manage multiple assignments with minimum supervision, results oriented, organized, used to work with multidisciplinary teams, Goals Oriented, knowledge of project management- Lear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace._
