ABOUT ALCOR:Alcor is a growing tech company that offers an all-in-one-place solution for tech product companies to build their software R&D centers from 0 to 100 developers in LATAM and Eastern Europe.Our clients are big tech companies like People ai, Grammarly, BigCommerce, Ledger, Sift, and others.We're on a mission to empower great tech companies to save the world by making access to tech talent as simple as possible.REQUIREMENTS:At least 5+ years' experience in the legal field (in-house experience in an international company will be an advantage).Comprehensive knowledge of Mexican commercial, tax, corporate, labor, IP law, features of foreign economic activities, and data processing regulations.Advanced level of English (both spoken and written).Experience in cooperating with foreign clients and/or stakeholders.Experience in providing full legal support to legal entities (experience in IT companies will be an advantage).Deep understanding of the local IT market and its best practices.
