You will have an opportunity to lead and drive all process design activities for Implementation & Transformation projects, including new and existing client implementations, transformations, remediation, and significant internal projects.We are looking to hire an implementation consultant to support our client in the Monterrey office (Hybrid scheme, 1 day a week).Key AccountabilitiesThings you will do:Production of process & training documentationInvolvement and support in preparation for and facilitation of process discoveryInvolvement & support with process challenge & design interventionsCoordination and delivery of trainingEnsuring facilities and system(s) logistics/setups are completeSupporting the operational stabilization periodTraining plan and content design and deliverySupport coordination of UAT activities for technology/automation in the solutionContribute to lessons learnedContribute to account handoverIdentify and communicate risks & issues to the Project ManagerSkills & ExperienceYou'll need to demonstrate:Extensive administrative experience supporting a range of deliverablesExperience working to tight deadlines and supporting multiple deliverables/activities at any point in timeBasic proficiency in using MS Excel & WordStrong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis, interpretation, and problem solvingProficient written and verbal communication skillsDesired Skills:Experience using Microsoft SharePoint, Visio, Teams, PowerPoint & ProjectExperience of working in a project environmentAbility to create process documentation (i.e., guides, training manuals, process maps, etc.)
