Algol Solution Architect - Para Sector Financiero

**What success looks like in this role**:

- Analyze, design, and implement solutions using Cobol/Algol technologies.
- Ensure the quality and timely delivery of implemented solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to technical teams.
- Understand and effectively communicate to clients how proposed solutions will add value to their business.
- Demonstrate the business value of implementations to clients.
- Manage deployment and post-deployment activities, including troubleshooting and support.
- Stay updated with the latest features and technologies, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate over the installed base.

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
**Must Have Skills**
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 6 years of experience.
- English spoken skills.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in Cobol/Algol.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey the business value of solutions to clients.
