We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Integrated Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Mexico.
This role will play a crucial part in driving our marketing efforts in the Alibaba Cloud Latin American market, with a focus on planning and executing large-scale events, managing branding and marketing campaigns, optimizing conversion funnels, and coordinating third-party summits and industry workshops.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent cross-team communication skills, and experience in partner marketing.
Key Responsibilities:Event Planning and Execution:Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies for large-scale activities, including conferences, exhibitions, and product launches.Plan and coordinate mid-sized summits and industry workshops, ensuring they align with overall marketing objectives.Marketing Management:Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, from concept development to execution and post-event analysis.Optimize marketing channels and tactics to drive lead generation and conversion.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.Lead Generation and Conversion:Develop and implement strategies to generate and convert leads into sales opportunities.Work closely with the sales team to follow up on leads and ensure a seamless handover process.Track and analyze lead performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.Cross-Team Collaboration:Foster strong relationships with internal teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.Coordinate with external partners and vendors to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives.Partner Marketing:Build and maintain local partnerships with key industry players to enhance brand visibility and reach.Collaborate with partners on co-marketing initiatives, such as joint events, content creation, and promotional campaigns.Position Requirements:Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
An MBA is a plus.Experience:5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, with a focus on event planning and execution.Proven track record in lead generation and conversion, with a strong understanding of B2B marketing.Experience in the IT industry, with a deep understanding of technology trends and market dynamics.Experience in partner marketing and working with large partners is highly desirable.Skills:Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.Personal Attributes:Highly motivated and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Creative and innovative, with a keen eye for detail.
