**Position Requirement**

Minimum qualification: - 5+ years experience managing projects in cloud facilities or comparable critical infrastructure.
- 5+ years experience in Construction or Project Management.
- 5+ years experience in Vendor Management - Excellent written composition and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to think and react in a high energy, fast paced environment.
Preferred qualification: - Master's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or a related technical discipline - Expertise in one or more of the following areas: large colocation deals, site selection for industrial-scale projects, real estate evaluation, acquisition, development, and construction, negotiating or managing utility agreements, financial modelling.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, evaluate new ideas with a variety of internal and external stakeholders - Proven track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects - Excellent problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communications across technical and non-technical stakeholders and experience presenting to senior executives.
- Significant experience successfully delivering results in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Able to speak Spanish.
