**Job Description**:
Carry out Assortment operations, complying in quality and quantity with the correct delivery of physical and system materials in the different production lines in accordance with established Procedures.
1.
Carry out the Production assortment according to the established Procedure, complying with a maximum time of 3 hours and 100% accuracy of quantity, quality and assortment of codes.
As well as enter 100% returns during the shift.
Collaborate in the processes of (Receipt-Operation-Shipping and Receipt) of Warehouse 2.
Responsible for quality, safety, health and environmental protection, promoting and practicing the SIMPLE philosophy 3.
Carry out cleaning in the Warehouse and compliance with the 5s, as well as respect the Safety regulations and use 100% of the Personal Protection equipment, contributing to the objective of 0 plant accidents.
4.
Carry out a daily check list of forklifts, preserve the equipment in optimal conditions to work and report the faults that the assigned team presents to their immediate boss.
5.
Secure transfers in the System through E1 or WMS 6.
Know, execute the controls and activities related to their functions for the fulfillment of the objectives of the organization that achieve customer satisfaction and the requirements of the Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health Management systems.
7.
Responsible for delivering both physical materials and pushing the transfer of materials via virtual system to the different plant locations for the general consumption of materials.
8.
Knowledge of the shipping procedure for the issue of shipments, knowledge of finished products and physical conditions.
**Qualifications**:
**Knowledge / experience required beyond minimum qualification**: Knowledge in Production Warehouse Operations and General Warehouse.
Handling counterbalanced forklifts and standing man (desirable).
Export and domestic bill of lading.
**Other key factors**: Proactive, excellent service attitude, learning ability, organized, methodical.

Ensure 100% execution of the assortment according to the Kanban system

Integrate and dominate the Assortment and Shipment processes

Maintain the reliability of the Inventories, as well as their preservation and accuracy of 98%
4.
Maintain production locations according to Kanban consumption transfers 5.
Ensures the flow of FG materials for the loading of shipment transports.
