Description This position executes Material Logistics operations.
Adheres to policy, and complies with processes and best practices.
Logistics activities include the execution and supervision of the activities of requesting, receiving, storing, distributing materials and supplies in the assigned area of ??responsibility and their registration and control in the system of records, responsible for the materials and supplies related to the inventory of KCSM as well as the request for various services, drive improvements in the supply chain, management of special project activities.
Accountabilities Record material movements, GR´s, cancellations, departures and transfers of materials and services in the system.
Responsible for the process of receiving, cores handling, unloading and arranging materials and tools in the Iarehouse.
Maintaining the materials warehouse in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness.
Collaborating on the physical inventory process Reconciling and auditing the materials in the SAP system VS physical inventory Perform analysis and various reports of the department. Ideal Candidate Qualifications Required Education: Professional career, truncated career, intern or technician in the field of administration, logistics or maintenance.
Experience: 1 -2 years in the ??Logistics area Materials and Inventory Management or Operations Engineering, preferably in the railway industry.
Functional use of SAP, Materials Management for inventory control and related processes.
Use of MS Office applications, knowledge of intermediate.
English desirable and the ability to learn other CPKC applications, work under pressure, following safety standards and in a teamwork.
