May perform electronic system transactions reflecting such movements as well as support verifications and documenting these movements.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Performs Cycle Counts of WIP.- Reports Buffer Stock to respective Workcell.- Provides inventory information to Inventory Analysts.- Stocks Productive Material in Warehouse Area.- Performs Geographic material counts.- Sorts and prepares production material for Material "Pulls".- Researches discrepancies in production material and finished goods in Shipping and Warehouse Area.- Places finished goods in Shipping area.- Processes sales orders of finished goods.- Receives and verifies incoming prime material.- Reconcile transfers of material both physically and in electronic system.- Executes any purges of material.- Tracks discrepancies between production lines, warehouse, and shipping.- Certifies and verifies material "pulls".- Provides follow-up to material "shorts".- Transfers finished goods.- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.JOB QUALIFICATIONSKNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.- Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software.- Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.- Ability to write simple correspondence.
