You'll drive the implementation and optimization of HR digital solutions that will streamline our processes and enhance employee experiences.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including IT, Payroll, and Talent Management), ensure the alignment of HR technology with business goals, and much more.We'll look to you for:Analyzing regional HR processes to identify digital enhancement opportunities,Collaborating with local HR teams to ensure successful adoption of digital tools,Managing projects related to the rollout of HR digital solutions,Keeping abreast of the latest trends in HR technology to drive continuous improvement,Measuring the impact of digital solutions on HR metrics and reporting on progress.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
