Amazon Music delights customers worldwide across multiple tiers of service (ad-supported, Prime, and Amazon Music Unlimited).Key job responsibilitiesCreate and update purchase orders in accounting system based on data from project management toolSupport month end close activities and ensure monthly spend data is correctly transferred to finance tool for month end accrualsSupport Process automation to reduce manual tasks to a minimumCooperate with the internal Finance Operations team to ensure timely and accurate paymentsCollaborate with various internal teams (Finance, Business, Tax, Legal) to resolve any issues and queriesBASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fieldsPrevious experience in finance and/or project managementExcellent English skillsProficiency in MS Office applications: Excel, Outlook, WordExperience with Tableau, Power BI or similar applicationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSVery good communication skills with a strong customer service focusAny of the following languages: Spanish, PortugueseExperience with any of these tools: monday.Com, Asana, JIRA, AirtableOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
