The main responsibilities of this role include making sure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly, overseeing inventory levels, and monitoring the logistics and shipment procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
The Amazon E-Commerce Specialist will play a vital role in managing inventory, providing recommendations for replenishment, and identifying trends related to seasons and promotions that may affect demand planning.Experiência y requisitosResponsibilities: - The position involves taking charge and effectively managing the entire process of order fulfillment across all Amazon eCommerce sales channels.
- FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) orders, the process involves receiving orders from the Demand Planning/E-commerce team.
These orders are then processed using tools like BC (business software), Google Sheets, and Amazon systems to gather order details.
Subsequently, the order information is sent to domestic or international warehouses.
Once the warehouses have completed processing the orders, transportation is organized through a third-party logistics (3PL) provider to deliver the products to Amazon FBA warehouses.
- FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) orders - Managing FBM orders both domestically and internationally and ensuring that they are properly sent through to the correct warehouse and a tracking number is sent to Amazon for each order - Monitoring the levels of inventory and collaborating with internal partners to ensure that there is a sufficient amount of stock available at all times.
- Overseeing and controlling FBA inventory levels, managing inbound shipments, monitoring storage fees, and handling long-term storage.
- Monitor inventory productivity and age monthly to mitigate selling and storage fees.
- Overseeing the complete process of transfer orders and sales orders, managing them from start to finish.
Requirements & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a relevant field.
- 4+ years of experience in Ecommerce Fulfillment, with a background in working with Amazon Vendor and Seller Central, as well as other wholesale or marketplace portals.
- Strong Knowledge of Amazon FBA / FBM operations - Must have excellent follow-up and organization skills - High level of proficiency in MS Excel.
