If you have a passion for communicating product propositions to customers, particularly those new to online shopping, then this is an exciting role for you.Key job responsibilitiesThe role of the Product Marketing Manager, Payments Insights is to build and execute effective marketing plans to drive awareness, adoption, and ongoing usage of payment methods on Amazon Mexico. The Payments Insights scope of role involves experimentation, lifecycle and voice of the customer, as well as owning the onsite experience. This includes content development, targeting segment strategy, marketing channel management, and creative development.This position will work closely with Product Management, UX, Business Development, PR and Engineering teams, as well as partner with stakeholder teams to deliver bar-raising experiences for customers. This role requires the ability to think big, dive deep with technical teams, and work across partners in our larger Payments organization. You must be a self-driven individual with a passion for customer experience that brings analytical rigor to the team. It is critical that you work backwards from the customer and think through the customer's needs and pain-points to develop a successful marketing strategy.A successful candidate will be a strong, innovative thinker with a proven record of making data-driven decisions, highly analytical and detail-oriented.
