The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.Key job responsibilitiesDevelop and execute an SMB acquisition plan, through AWS Consulting and Technology partners, that shall increase AWS market coverage through activating new customers and helping actual ones to adopt the cloud technology in a more pervasive way in order to achieve their business outcomes.Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory.Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.Develop and execute strategies and tactics to acquire new customers.Develop and execute against a territory plan that includes numerous accounts (> 100) and partners concurrently & strategically.Create & articulate compelling business and technical value propositions around AWS services through partners/ISVs. Co-develop marketing campaigns, lead a team of SA's, ISR's and DGs, evolve AWS value propositions to match Mexican needs.Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.Ensure customer satisfaction.Availability to Travel (10%).Maintain a healthy pipeline which means to work with your partners in a scalable way to keep track of opportunities, and learn from their final outcomes to improve our sales efficiency and customer benefits.A day in the lifeThis is a highly demanding position as you need to be able to learn and improve, to deal with customers through diverse organizations such as business associations, chambers, industries, to name a few and do all this integrating partners with different profiles, solutions, certifications and even nationalities.
