You will guide companies within these industries in designing innovative solutions using cloud services to create value and accelerate growth.Key job responsibilitiesManage relationships with C-level executives in Telco, and other industry stakeholders to align on and execute strategic transformation initiatives.Identify the business and IT drivers of cloud adoption within Telco, collaboratively designing tailored strategies and roadmaps for success.Optimize business processes such as supply chain management, logistics, regulatory compliance, and more, to maximize cloud benefits, promoting agility and operational efficiency.Design and deliver technical solutions that address the specific complexities of these sectors, such as scalability in data management, integration of operational technologies, compliance with industry regulations, and enhanced cybersecurity.Assist in planning and executing organizational change management to drive stakeholder buy-in while navigating unique industry challenges in Telco.Develop compelling business cases to justify cloud investment and enable cost optimization within business models.Collaborate with internal AWS teams and external stakeholders to foster a culture of innovation, driving continuous improvements and positive change across industries.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in computer science or related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise IT, consulting, and/or engineering/developmentExperience with engaging deeply with C-level executives to define and execute enterprise-wide transformation programsExperience with identifying opportunities to scale engagements in enterprise IT professional service or cloud servicesStrong background/ experience working with Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (e.g. SAFe, TOGAF, Business Capability maps, Value Maps) and management frameworks (e.g. ITIL v3 processes, COBIT, CMMI)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMaster's/ MBA degree12+ years of leadership experience across enterprise IT and/or consultingHands-on experience with cloud migration initiatives as an AWS customer or consulting with a customer on their IT transformationExperience in financial business processes such as digital banking, payments, risk management, regulatory compliance, and more, to maximize cloud benefits, promoting agility and operational efficiencyHands-on experience planning and leading large-scale cross-functional enterprise IT change management programsStrong background in one of the following methodologies: Sigma, Agile/SCRUM, SAFe, Value Stream Mapping, Design ThinkingDomain knowledge and experience in the areas of lean startup, digital innovation, digital strategy and/or product developmentPosted: October 11, 2024 (Updated 3 days ago)Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
