**AMC Manager****What you'll do**:The AMC manager manage the resources provided to satisfy and accomplish the client requirements (internal and/or external) on time, quantity, quality and continuous improvement. Manage department focus to the Security, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Moral. Follow up and implementation of the Corporative standards in the manufacturing and related areas. 100% of adherence to the production plan considering low cost and quality for accomplishment. Develop and coach their team work to fulfill goals and objectives established to the manufacturing area. Promote team work and good communication skills to the department and other team members. Lead Continuous Improvement projects in the department. Responsible of new launch start up runs. Core responsibilities and activities: - Perform efficient finance management - Responsible for training and mentoring staff; motivating them all foreffective performance for the general growth of the company - Incorporate policies and procedures of the company in the AMC - Develop, configure and optimize manufacturing processes from inception through to start up. - Develop best practices and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output. - Manage cost and time constraints - Perform risk assessments.**What is required**:Functional Competencies Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are required. (English and Spanish) Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing concepts is preferred. Techniques for quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of goods. Excellent communicator able to work with in multifunctional team. Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering. Previous Experience: - 4 years as Supervisor/Manager in Manufacturing, Quality and/or Production areas. - Background: TS-16949,(IATF) TPM, APS, Six Sigma, JIT, Conflict resolution, Management.
